Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout using the destination and shipment weight. Available USPS services include Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, where eligible. Carrier-priced options include a $2 packaging and handling allowance. The final shipping charge and available delivery estimates are shown before payment; tracking is provided when an order ships.

Bulky parcels and special handling

Products designated for bulky or oversized parcel shipping use their own calculated shipping rates. Commercial equipment and fire extinguishers require confirmation of pickup or local delivery arrangements before payment.

Canada

Canada checkout is available for eligible clothing, accessories, home goods and collectibles. Shipping is calculated by USPS using the destination and shipment weight, including a $2 USD packaging and handling allowance. Available services and the final shipping charge appear at checkout. Shipping charges apply to Canadian orders.

Canadian prices can be displayed in CAD using the country selector. Import duties, taxes or carrier fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. Customs processing can affect delivery times.

Battery items

The Kidde smoke/CO alarm pack and mini drone are available for paid, carrier-calculated Ground Advantage delivery within the contiguous United States only. Air upgrades and Canadian checkout are not available for these items.

Equipment, extinguishers and pickup

Freight shipping is not currently offered. Commercial equipment and fire extinguishers are excluded from ordinary parcel shipping. Contact us before paying to confirm whether pickup or local delivery can be arranged for the item.
